Goofy Tech. A studio I started.

A small web studio I started in Singapore. The brand, the offer, and the marketing site are live and shipped — built end-to-end by me. Wee Teng has joined me to handle marketing and outreach. The goal: clean, custom-coded sites for small businesses, targeting ~14-day turnarounds. The status: open for our first client.

01 · The studio

One idea. One opinion.

Goofy Tech started as my idea. I bought the domain, named it, set the visual direction, wrote the copy, and coded the marketing site end-to-end. After that I brought on Wee Teng — doing Design with Business at Republic Poly — to take marketing and client outreach off my plate, so I can stay focused on the build side.

The reason for the studio is straightforward. Most small Singaporean businesses are stuck choosing between $99 templates that look like everyone else, or $10,000 agency builds with timelines that drift for months. Neither one suits a noodle shop, a beauty studio, or a family clinic that just needs to look real online by next month.

So I built the alternative I wished existed — custom design, custom code, ~14 days, replies within 24 hours. Right now we're pre-launch in the truest sense: the brand and the site are done, the offer is dialed in, and we're lining up our first client.

02 · What's shipped

The brand & the marketing site.

The marketing site is live at goofytech.online — the studio's first real piece of work. It's the pitch, the portfolio, and the front door, all in one. I treated it like a client project — full design system, custom motion, and zero frameworks — both to prove the offer and to give us something honest to point new clients at.

  • Premium dark theme & gradient mesh Custom space-tech palette with indigo → purple → pink accents, three drifting orbs, and a subtle grid overlay behind it all.
  • Custom cursor + magnetic buttons Lerp-following ring, 3D mouse-tilt service cards with cursor-following glow, magnetic interactive elements throughout.
  • Editorial motion details Line-by-line hero reveal, animated number counters, scroll progress bar, animated vertical-timeline that fills as you scroll past the process.
  • Glassmorphic floating navbar Active-section indicator that follows the scroll position, plus a self-rolling marquee strip listing the tech stack.
  • Accessible by default Floating-label contact form with toast notifications, fully responsive (mobile → 4K), respects prefers-reduced-motion.
03 · Stack

No build step. No regrets.

The whole studio site is pure HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript. Hosted on GitHub. No framework, no bundler, no node_modules.

04 · Where we are

Looking for our first client.

Goofy Tech is pre-launch in the truest sense. The brand is set, the site is live, the offer is sharp — what's missing is the first business that says yes. Wee Teng is now leading outreach and I'm staying focused on what gets built when the first project lands.

If you've read this far and you're a small Singaporean business that needs a real-looking website without the agency-sized invoice — that's exactly the brief we're built for.
