A web development studio I co-founded with my friend Wee Teng. We design and ship clean, custom-coded websites for small Singaporean businesses — in roughly two weeks, with zero framework bloat.

Two people. One opinion.
Goofy Tech is two of us: Wee Teng, who runs marketing, client relationships, and the visual side from Republic Poly's Design with Business programme; and me on the development side, from Singapore Poly's Applied AI & Analytics.
We started Goofy Tech because most small Singaporean businesses are stuck choosing between $99 templates that look like everyone else, or $10,000 agency builds with timelines that drift for months. Neither one suits a noodle shop, a beauty studio, or a family clinic that just needs to look real online by next month.
So we built the alternative we wished existed — custom design, custom code, two weeks, replies within 24 hours.

Custom web design
No templates. Every site starts from a blank Figma file and a real conversation about the business.
Website development
Pure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Hand-coded, lightweight, no framework taxes.
Responsive design
Works on a four-year-old Android, works on a 4K monitor. No compromises in between.
Performance optimisation
Small images, lazy loading, minimal JS. The site should open before the user thinks about it.
SEO & discovery
Semantic HTML, proper meta tags, structured data, and a sitemap. Found by the people who matter.

On Goofy Tech client projects I lead the build — from translating Wee Teng's Figma into responsive code, to performance work, SEO, and the live preview workflow we use with clients.
For the studio's own marketing site I went a step further and did everything solo: concept, visual system, copy, and every line of code.
- Premium dark theme Custom space-tech palette with indigo → purple → pink gradient accents and an animated gradient-mesh background of three drifting orbs.
- Custom cursor + magnetic buttons Lerp-following ring, 3D mouse-tilt service cards with cursor-following glow, magnetic interactive elements throughout.
- Editorial motion details Line-by-line hero reveal, animated number counters, scroll progress bar, animated vertical-timeline that fills as you scroll past the process.
- Glassmorphic floating navbar Active-section indicator that follows the scroll position, plus a self-rolling marquee strip listing the tech stack.

Floating-label contact form with toast notifications, fully responsive (mobile → 4K), respects
prefers-reduced-motion.
No build step. No regrets.
The whole studio site is pure HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript. Hosted on GitHub. No framework, no bundler, no node_modules.

We're a small studio, and we keep it that way on purpose. New clients land through the site or word-of-mouth, and we generally have room for one or two new builds a month.
